Rock the Casbah

Rock the Casbah, although not metal, is a song by The Clash released in 1982 off their album, Combat Rock.

The Video was filmed in Austin Texas, featuring an armadillo, the band, local Austin actor Titos Menchaca, and director Dennis Razze. The video features the Capitol in Austin, former Winchell's Dounuts, and the Austin City Coliseum on West Riverside Drive (demoed in 2002). In the video the band performed in front of an Austin area pumpjack and feature 2 RF-4C aircraft from Bergstrom Air Force Base, which is near near Austin. If the band did this today's "don't look, don't think, don't film" society, they would probably have landed themselves in jail and or fined.
