Zombie Apocalypse is an EP by Mortician. Now out-of-print, the EP has since been re-issued by Relapse Records as a two-for-one package with Hacked up for Barbecue.
Zombie Apocalypse was issued by Relapse Records as a limited edition four track 7" vinyl single and also as a ten track MCD. The track listing is for the MCD.
