Point of Failure is an S.A. Sanctuary concert documentary released on DVD.
The show was filmed during June 2002 at a club in San Antonio, TX. The show was cut short due to electrical problems and the potential for disaster. The main breakers kept shutting off from being overloaded causing the sound system of the club to cut off during the songs. Heavy smoke was produced several times throughout the show, which also hinted it was time to quit. The show was first released on on DVD in 2013.
