Lee Dorman is best known as bass guitarist of Iron Butterfly.
- We are sad to announce that on 12/21/2012, Lee Dorman passed away. He was one of the best bassists back in a time when not many bassists were stepping into the spot light. I'm pretty sure that bands with flashy bassists, like Tool and Mudvayne owe some credit to Lee, who was doing that stuff before anyone was. Lee was found dead in his car Friday December 21, 2012.
