Their music is very diverse, but their roots are Thrash Metal. Speed picking and up-tempo drum beats.

Pawns of Christ first show was in August of 2003 at the backroom / white rabbit on North St Mary’s street in San Antonio, TX. Their next shows were in October of 2005 with Exodus, Crisis, and 3 Inches of Blood <small>''(all Texas dates of the tour)''</small>.
