Burton C. Bell
Burton C. Bell is a vocalist, lyricist, guitarist and keyboardist. Bell is the vocalist of Fear Factory, City Of Fire, and Ascension of the Watchers, in which he also plays guitar. His singing style is considered influential and innovative, in that he was one of the first major singers to mix clean singing with harsh vocals.
Burton has fraternal twin brother named Benjamin (Ben) Bell, who is also a vocalist/musician in a rockabilly/country band. Ben is a librarian in Louisiana. when not performing.
Bell wife is Amy Abattoir. Burton is a photographer and writer when not on tour.
Bell was one of the young audience members in Nirvana's music video for "Smells Like Teen Spirit." Although there are only a few snippets of him in this video, Bell is most visible at 2:12 in the song, as the boy in the blue shirt at the front at 2:12.
