S.A. Sanctuary Live at Railhead Saloon is a live video recorder in Lawton Oklahoma at The Railhead Saloon. There are a few videos on you tube of this show, but the actual DVD has yet to be released.

This show has been labelled "the worst show EVER" by some of S.A. Sanctuary members. Reasons being, it was exceptionally cold, show attendees spilled drinks on various pieces of the bands equipment, the PA system was smaller that mentioned and under powered, stage was smaller than mentioned, lead guitarist whammy bar popped out of the guitar during a song, ending the show early, as it could not be repaired. On one of the videos, you can see him throw the guitar down in anger. All these issues, have been mentioned as problems caused by "the bands management
