Tama MTH 50 was first used on the Tama Artstar 2 series by Tama in 1986. It was also used on the Tama Gratstar series of that same year. They were preceded by the Tama Omnilock tom holder and proceeded by the Tama MTH 20 in 1989 (which was to be named the Tama MTH 300 in 1990.)
