Pawns Of Christ was the name that S.A. Sanctuary played under for 7 shows during the spring and summer of 2002.

For family reasons, Orrie Velasquez was unable to continue playing shows with the band. The band had several shows lined up at that time, so rather than cancel the dates, Angel Fuentes, Mike Reykjavik and Ted Wawrzyniak played the shows as Pawns Of Christ.

Though they still played S.A. Sanctuary songs, it was a little different with out Orrie.
