Pawns of Christ first show was in August of 2003. Their next show was during October of 2005 in Corpus Christi with Exodus, Crisis, and 3 Inches of Blood. Their last show ever, was 2019 March.

The Pawns of Christ concept, was created by drummer Mykill in 2001, yet there was no actual band. Pawns really has not been active until winter 2011. June of 2012, they played 1 show locally then disappeared again. During September 2012, the group disbanded due to unknown reasons. March 2013, they re-appeared.
