In march of 2011, he announced he has retired from the band.
*2012, [[Freddie VidalesMatt Barlow]] is currently working on a project with [[Matt BarlowFreddie Vidales]], and [[Van Williams]]. The band name is not yet known. [[Ashes of Ares]], and in which Freddie is the guitarist, Matt does the vocals, and Van plays drums. The band name is [[Ashes of Ares]].
