Helgrind, (Mid-Hertfordshire U.K.) were formed in the late part of 2000. Currently signed to Casket Music.
Influences include Sepultura, Slayer, Overkill, Testament and Exodus, Pantera, In Flames, Machine Head and Arch Enemy.
Their music combines Thrash, Death and Black Metal.
2008 they released a second full album Religious Persecution.
It is about the hatred that the human race suffers through belief. "How we are ethically told not to harm one another, yet find it so easy to go against our system of belief to kill in gods name."
