'''Eugene "Gene" Victor Hoglan II''' (08/31/1967 Dallas, Texas). He is known for his creativity in drum arrangements, including usage of odd devices for percussion effects and his trademark lengthy double-kick drum rhythms (he calls "kick triplets"). His technical playing and accurateness at challenging tempos, earned him the nickname "The Atomic Clock".
He is known for playing in the bands [[Dark Angel (band)|Dark Angel]], [[Death (band)|Death]], Dethklok, [[Strapping Young Lad]] , [[Testament (band)|TestamentFear Factory]] and most recently (again), [[Fear FactoryTestament]].
