Budgie

Budgie are a Welsh rock band. They are considered one of the first "heavy metal" bands and an influence to many other acts of the time in their genre.

Fast, heavy rock was an influence on the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) being played as early as 1971.

Most notable Budgie songs include Breadfan, Crash Course In Brain Surgery, Parents and Napoleon Bona - Parts 1 & 2.
