David Wayne
David Wayne was a singer for the heavy metal bands Metal Church, Reverend and Wayne.
From 1982 to 1988, Wayne appeared as vocalist on four albums by Metal Church.
When he left the band in 1988, Wayne formed Reverend, which remained active even after his death.
Wayne also formed Wayne (or David Wayne's Metal Church) after leaving Metal Church.
He passed away from "complications following a car crash".
Before becoming a vocalist in Metal Church, David was a US Army field medic.
