'''Pawns Of Christ''' was the name that [[SA SANCTUARY]] played under for 7 shows during the spring and summer of 2002.
For familly family reasons, [[Orrie Velasquez]] was unable to continue playing shows with the band. The band had several shows lined up at that time, so rather than cancel the dates, [[Angel Fuentes]], [[Mike Aresco]] and [[Ted Wawryzniak]] played the shows as '''Pawns Of Christ'''.
Though they still played ''SA SANCTUARY'' songs, it was a little different with out Orrie.
